The rights of the child before birth

The fetus as it is being formed inside his mother is a living thing who needs protection and care.

So there must be any behavior which would adversely affect the life of the fetus. The most dangerous, thing which a fetus can expose to is abortion. Unfortunately this phenomenon is noticed all over the word. The phenomenon of abortion is justified at all. no one has the right to end the life of the fetus whatever the motives and reasons. Many laws especially the divine law, considered that it’s a type of murders punishable by law. We think that this phenomenon needs further attention from the global humanity. The need for global legislation is very urgent for that.

The fetus need to care and attention is the responsibility of his mother. The mother have must avoid wrong behaviors such as drinking alcohol, smoking or sitting in a polluted environment. Mothers are advised to eat certain food and avoid others.

It is essential that the stages of pregnancy must be under medical care. The medicine is long way a head in the knowledge of fetal positions, movements and sex.

A fetal needs also some psychological aspect from his mother like avoiding sharp emotion and strong movements in the case of anger.

Comfort throughout pregnancy is necessary for mothers, this doesn’t mean the complete stillness, light movements is required such as walking which is beneficial to the stability of the developing fetus.

Parents should prepare the necessities of life before the birth and choose the proper name for the fetus, it’s good for the name to have a good meaning and pronunciation.

Parents can choose the better sounds for the name. therefore loud sounds such as ( b, c, d, e, t, g, i, p, g ) are needed more than low ones.
